Ron Started his career at London Advertising agency Foote Cone & Belding. A period assisting followed after which he became freelance and acquired a studio in the west end of London. Originally starting out as a still Life Photographer, an interest in other subjects has seen him diversify into areas such as Landscape, people and recently the moving image. He has received numerous awards for his work including Gold, Silver & Merits in the Association of Photographers Awards, winner in the Environmental series and still life categories of the London photographic awards and a Kodak award for best panoramic Photography. A lengthy project on Brooklands museum in Surrey, producing dramatic black & white images of the historic collection of cars, motorcycles & aircraft including Concorde, has resulted in the entire work being published by Touchstone books. Recently commissioned by London advertising agency Archibald Ingall Stretton to create a completely new image-bank of reportage photography for client EDF Energy.
